IndyMac Gives Downbeat Outlook (AP)

IndyMac Bancorp Inc. Chairman and CEO Mike Perry said Thursday he expects the mortgage lender to report a loss in the fourth quarter and is hoping the company will post a modest profit again by the second half of next year.
