The votes are in and the judges have made their decision. Scotiabank today announced that Brian Lamoureux of Windsor, Ontario and the team of Brad Brooks and Cezar Soares of Wallaceburg, Ontario have been selected as the grand prize winners of the Bank’s nation-wide ‘Build Stanley’ contest.
